After 8 years of brewing beer ,with normal batch equipment such as RIMS or similar, the conclusio was simple – Continuous beer brewing is the futur. The idea was 3D modeled and a protype was built. And here is the result – A full scale Continuous Brewing system capable of brewing 45 liter per hour. Enjoy
