Nothing like parts fresh from painting!
Exiting times when Gisle picks up the painted parts from powder coating. Nothing likethe smell of fresh paint in the morning
The side covers shines like red diamonds and the fram components is either grey or black
The frame is impressive in the dark red color and is put onto the assembly table which is protected by bed sheets which has ended there without approval from the boss in the house 🙂
The gas tank did not pass the inspection and had to be re-grinded and returned to the painter
A final layer of chrome powder coating was added to the smaller frame components
With most of the parts painted the next step is pretty obvious – Start of assembly!
